1. Services
We provide real estate post-production services, including image enhancement, video editing, real estate reels, floor plans, virtual renovation and furniture staging, and digital decluttering. Service descriptions on our website are provided for general information and may be updated at any time.
2. Orders and Turnaround
Orders are placed by submitting files and instructions through the channels we provide. Our standard turnaround is 12–24 hours from the time we receive complete, usable source files. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary with volume, complexity, and rush requests.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial edit to new clients. Free trials are limited to one service, subject to availability, and provided at our discretion for evaluation purposes. No payment or credit card is required for a free trial.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are shown on our website and are quoted per item (per image, video, reel, plan, or view).
- Prices may change from time to time; the price applicable to an order is the one in effect when the order is accepted.
- Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.
- There are no subscriptions or lock-in contracts — you pay only for what you order.
5. Revisions
We include revisions on delivered work until you are satisfied that the result meets the brief you provided. Revision requests should relate to the original scope of the order. New requirements outside the original brief may be treated as a new order.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You must have the right to submit any files you send us for editing.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the instructions you provide.
- Virtual staging, renovation, and decluttering produce illustrative images. You are responsible for disclosing the use of digitally altered images where required by local real estate advertising rules.
7. Intellectual Property and Licence
You retain ownership of the source files you provide. Upon full payment for an order, we assign to you the rights in the edited deliverables for that order, so you may use them for your listings and marketing. We may display anonymised samples of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Confidentiality and Data
We treat your files and project information as confidential and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure file transfer and access controls to protect your and your clients' media.
9. Warranties and Disclaimer
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our deliverables, including claims that source files you provided infringed the rights of a third party.
12. Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the services at any time. Any orders already in progress remain subject to these Terms and to payment for work performed.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Pixel Studio 24 operates. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
